Job Description

The Director of Engineering will lead and optimize large-scale factory assembly processes and material flow strategies across US growth operations. This role involves developing strategic plans, overseeing manufacturing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements: Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, with a master's degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering is required.
