Summary:  
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems. The role requires continuous collaboration with team members to refine and enhance application components, ensuring they meet evolving business requirements. Utilizing agile methodologies, the engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, focusing on delivering efficient and scalable software that supports organizational goals. Problem-solving and adapting to new challenges are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and quality in software delivery.  

Roles \& Responsibilities:  
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.  
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.  
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.  
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.  
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance performance and reliability.  
- Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing.  
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in software development tasks.  

Professional \& Technical Skills:  
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Time Tracking.  
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.  
- Experience with coding, debugging, and testing custom software solutions.  
- Ability to work with modern development frameworks and tools.  
- Familiarity with system integration and application enhancement techniques.  
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software design.  

Additional Information:  
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday US Time Tracking.  
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.  
- A 15 years full time education is required.
