* Safety
* Participate in safety planning, proactively support hazard identification, and help reinforce a culture of zero injuries on all projects.
* Client, Design Team, Trade Partner Coordination
* Build foundational relationships with customers, architects, engineers, trade partners, and community members through day-to-day interactions.
* Support communication and coordination across design, engineering, ownership, and vendor partners to ensure expectations are aligned.
* Assist the project team in identifying potential cost-savings, constructability considerations, and value-add solutions.
* Participate in industry networking events to build relationships with potential future hires and/or build relationships with industry professionals.
* Project Planning, Scheduling, Procurement
* Assist Superintendents and Project Managers in developing accurate schedules and sequencing plans.
* Help coordinate procurement efforts, including tracking material needs and working with the Superintendent to prevent delivery delays.
* Support monitoring of material deliveries and ensure conformance to specifications and contract documents.
* Document Control Project Updates
* Prepare, review, maintain, and distribute project documents (RFIs, submittals, specifications, construction documents, ASIs, closeout items, etc.)
* Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and action item lists for various project coordination meetings.
* Assist with drafting and managing trade partner and vendor scope documents and subcontractor agreements
* Assist with tracking key financial indicators such as budget updates and change management documentation.
**Who You Are:**
* Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar
* Prior experience as a Project Engineer or Project Engineer Intern in the construction, architecture, or engineering industry
