Lead Water Resources Engineer (PE)

Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
* Manage and mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth and professional development.
* Collaborate directly with owners and senior leadership team to set strategic priorities, guide engineering operations, and drive growth across the Texas and Oklahoma offices.
* Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure project quality, budget, and schedule targets are met.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil or Environmental Engineering
* Minimum 8-10 years of experience
* Strong technical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail
* Demonstrated leadership, operational management and project organizational skills
* Must have strong communication skills in coordinating with clients, sub-consultants, regulatory agencies, and members of the public
* Occasional business travel may be required
