Job Description

As a Software Engineer Lead, you will provide daily technical leadership in agile ceremonies and guide the team in estimating, planning, designing solutions, and developing applications. You will also be responsible for hands-on technical leadership and design activities related to new applications or enhancements of existing applications.

Requirements: Candidates should have a university/college degree with 3+ years of relevant industry experience. Preferred skills include application development, business management, and customer solutions, along with a strong understanding of Java and Agile methodologies.
