Environmental Engineer

Job Description

Lead and manage the Environmental Department, overseeing environmental engineering projects from concept through completion. Ensure projects meet scope, budget, schedule, quality standards, and regulatory compliance while providing technical leadership and mentorship to staff.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Civil (Environmental) Engineering or a closely related field is required, along with a Professional Engineering (PE) license and a minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental engineering. A master's degree is preferred, and experience with transportation and public agencies in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware is beneficial.
