Job Description

As a member of the technical staff, you will own the backend architecture that supports the user journey for the talent network. You will define the technical direction and establish standards for backend systems while mentoring engineers.

Requirements: Candidates should have over 8 years of backend engineering experience, including 3 years at a senior level, with expertise in distributed systems and API design. Strong communication skills and the ability to lead complex technical migrations are essential.
