Industrial Engineer Supervisor

Job Description

The Industrial Engineering Supervisor supervises plant Industrial Engineers and collaborates with management to develop staffing plans and productivity objectives. This role involves daily interaction with production management and union leadership regarding staffing requirements.

Requirements: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in engineering and a minimum of 3 years of industrial engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with time and motion studies, lean manufacturing, and team leadership is also required.
