Clearances Required Active Secret Clearance to start Citizenship Must be a current US citizen Location Onsite Huntsville Job Description TCS is searching for a Sustainment Electrical Engineer Level 3 The selected Engineer will support the GWS contract execution on behalf of the Missile Defense Agency MDA Core Responsibilities Create and maintain troubleshooting guides fault isolation procedures and repair instructions for power distribution units wiring harnesses control panels and other LRUsProduce review and approve electrical schematics wiring diagrams and installation specifications using AutoCADE CAD tools AutoCAD Electrical EPLAN SolidWorks ElectricalPerform preventive maintenance inspections and condition based monitoring IR thermography vibration analysis; generate reliability and trend reportsLead Root Cause Analysis RCA and Failure Mode \& Effects Analysis FMEA on recurring issues and recommend corrective actionsAuthor and control technical documentation work orders test procedures as built drawings maintenance manuals and configuration recordsCoordinate with mechanics logistics quality inspectors and external vendors to schedule and execute repair and upgrade tasksEnforce compliance with NFPA70E OSHA and depot specific safety programs; conduct safety briefings and hazard assessmentsSupport equipment upgrades and retrofits including UPS battery systems and PLC based control installationsManage configuration control of engineering data within the depot CMMS SAPPM IBMMaximo or equivalentParticipate in Sustainment team meetings provide status updates and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesBasic Qualifications Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from an EACABET accredited program or a closely related disciplineMinimum 3years of hands on electrical maintenance or engineering in a depot OEM or military support settingActive Secret clearance requiredProficiency with AutoCAD ElectricalEPLANSolidWorks ElectricalKnowledge of power distribution grounding UPS and battery systemsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings schematics and wiring diagramsFamiliarity with CMMS SAPPM IBMMaximo \& Electrical Test EquipmentPreferred Qualifications IPC Certified IPC Specialist CISCertified Maintenance \& Reliability Professional CMRP or Certified Reliability Engineer CRENFPA70E Electrical Safety CertifiedOSHA30 Hour General IndustryPLC programming and troubleshooting Allen Bradley Siemens SchneiderCondition based monitoring tools IR thermography vibration analysisHazardous MaterialsHAZMAT handling batteries fuel cellsAdvanced use of AutoCAD Electrical EPLAN or SolidWorks Electrical for large scale schematic controlExperience with configuration management tools eg Teamcenter WindchillProven ability to lead cross functional teams during complex repair projectsStrong written communication for technical documentation and training materialTechnical Skills Summary Electrical Design AutoCAD Electrical EPLAN SolidWorks ElectricalPower Systems Distribution grounding UPS battery management fault protectionControl Systems PLC programming Allen Bradley Siemens Schneider and HMI integrationReliability Tools IR thermography vibration analysis RCA FMEA reliability centered maintenance RCMCMMS SAPPM IBMMaximo or comparable asset management platformsDocumentation Work orders test procedures as built drawings maintenance manuals configuration controlBenefits Highlights of our benefits include HealthDentalVision 401k match profit sharing Flexible Time Off STDLTDLife Insurance Referral Bonuses professional development reimbursement vacation sick leave and maternitypaternity leaveApply online or visit us at wwwtcs inccomcareers TCS Inc is an EEO Employer
