Job Description

Lead the development of advanced materials and components using proprietary gel-enabled metal manufacturing technology. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address complex technical challenges and scale innovative solutions from R&D to manufacturing.

Requirements: Candidates should have a Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field and proven experience leading R&D teams. Strong problem-solving skills and a first-principles approach are essential, along with experience with analytical equipment related to inorganic compounds.
