Job Description

The Industrial Engineer supports divisions to accelerate cost optimization through Lean principles and is responsible for multiple projects, including analysis, solution development, and implementation management. The role focuses on improving process efficiency, material flow, and productivity in alignment with Operational Excellence initiatives.

Requirements: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related fields is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Candidates should demonstrate success in driving capital projects and possess strong communication and leadership skills.
