Reliance Gear Corporation is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Process Engineer

to join our Engineering team. This role is ideal for recent Mechanical Engineering graduates

who want hands-on experience in manufacturing, CNC machining, process development, and continuous improvement.

No prior industry experience is required --- training and mentorship will be provided.

### Key Responsibilites

* Assist with manufacturing process development for new and existing products.

* Prepare engineering documentation and process plans.

* Support process improvements to increase quality and efficiency.

* Help troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.

* Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Operations teams.

* Learn precision gear manufacturing and CNC machining operations.

### Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or graduating soon).

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Ability to read engineering drawings.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

* Must meet ITAR requirements.
