### Job Summary

We are seeking a **Systems Engineer** with strong experience in **GCP** and enterprise application support to manage AI search platform operations, troubleshoot integrations, and ensure platform reliability.

### Key Responsibilities

* Administer and support enterprise AI search platform operations.
* Monitor data connectors and resolve connectivity issues.
* Troubleshoot application, API, authentication, and GCP-related issues.
* Handle user onboarding, access management, permissions, and credential rotation.
* Support AI agent onboarding and governance.
* Perform incident management, RCA, and issue resolution following ITIL practices.
* Validate APIs using Postman, curl, and OAuth.
* Monitor logs in Microsoft Sentinel.
* Prepare operational dashboards and Monthly Business Review (MBR) reports.

### Required Skills

* 6--10 years of Systems/Application Support experience.
* Strong hands-on experience with **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**.
* Experience with **ITIL**, incident management, and service delivery.
* Knowledge of **REST APIs, Postman, curl, OAuth**, and API troubleshooting.
* Experience with **Microsoft Sentinel**.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.

**Mandatory Skills:** GCP, Support Delivery Management.
