Forward Deployed Engineer

### About the role

We're seeking a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer to build customer-facing software solutions and translate clinical and operational needs into shipped software. You'll join a small, fast-moving team with a strong emphasis on customer collaboration and practical problem-solving.

### What you'll do

* Develop front-end and back-end features using TypeScript, React, Deno, Node, and SQL.

* Work directly with customers to gather requirements and iterate on solutions.

* Deploy and operate services on AWS and troubleshoot production issues.

* Travel frequently for on-site customer engagements and deployments.

* Contribute to product design and rapid prototyping; move ideas to shipped code.

* Support team logistics during travel and ensure smooth customer experiences.

### What we're looking for

* Experience with the stack: TypeScript, SQL, React, Deno, Node, and AWS.

* Willingness to work in-person in Miami; open to relocation from anywhere in the U.S.

* Eligible to work in the U.S. without employer-sponsored visa.

* Strong customer-facing communication and ability to collaborate with clinical or operational teams.

* High emotional maturity and a reliable, hands-on build style.

* Strong ability to ship reliable software quickly; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

* Open to new grads and early-career candidates.

### Compensation \& benefits

Base salary: $80,000--$130,000 annually, with a total compensation target in the range of $120,000--$150,000 when including benefits, equity, and travel-related allowances where applicable.

### Location

Primary location: Miami, Florida, United States. This is an on-site role with travel to customer sites as needed. Visa sponsorship is not available.
