Technical Program Manager

Job Description

Lead large-scale technical programs across engineering and adjacent teams, ensuring high-quality execution of projects. Own Ramp's engineering incident response program and improve processes while collaborating with engineering leaders to define technical roadmaps.

Requirements: Candidates should have 5+ years of TPM experience, ideally in a high-growth startup environment, and possess genuine AI fluency. A BA/BS in a technical or analytical field is required, along with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
