### Must have:

### - We require a bachelors degree in engineering. - We require at least 10 years of experience developing or evaluating small electronic products. - We need a strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and software engineering principles. - We prefer experience in regulated development settings such as ISO 9001 or AS9100 environments. - We can only consider candidates who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents due to ITAR requirements. - We require the ability to work on-site at our DeLand, FL facility and live in the greater DeLand area. - We require candidates to already reside within commuting distance of our headquarters.

Responsibilities:

- We develop concepts of operation and translate them into clear engineering requirements. - We integrate prototype hardware with embedded software during product development. - We create test methods, build test fixtures, and define acceptance standards. - We prepare, track, and maintain schedules, technical documentation, and phase-gate deliverables. - We troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported from production or the field. - We support redesign efforts when components become obsolete. - We collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams to move products from concept through prototype to production.
