**Required Skills \& Experience**

**Technical Skills**

* Extensive experience with Selenium for web automation using Java/Python.
* Proficient in Automation API testing using tools like Ready API, Postman, Playwright.
* Ability to set up automation frameworks from scratch.
* Experience with CI/CD testing.
* Proficiency with Jenkins.
* Knowledge of integrating automation tools with test management tools.
* Strong knowledge of Agile test methodology.
* Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, DevOps etc.
* Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

**Soft Skills**

* Strong communication and analytical skills.
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
* Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working in fast-paced environments.
