### Must have:

### - We need exceptional written and spoken English communication skills; French is an advantage. - We are looking for proven experience in network support across routing and switching, including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and VLANs. - We require hands-on knowledge of firewalls and Layer 1/OTN technologies. - Familiarity with finance networking and market data environments is a plus. - Experience with Juniper, Extreme, Nokia, Arista, and Cisco hardware is desirable. - We need a strong understanding of IXPs, Tier 1 providers, and cloud connectivity such as Direct Connect. - Deep knowledge of the TCP/IP stack and OSI model is essential. - Strong security and firewall expertise, particularly with Fortigate and Juniper platforms, including DDoS mitigation, is required.

Responsibilities:

- We serve as the primary technical contact for complex service delivery, working closely with project management from provisioning through handover. - We proactively manage and resolve escalated incidents, service requests, and changes in line with our SLAs. - We build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear, professional communication. - We investigate technical faults and partner with senior engineers or third-party vendors to deliver timely resolution. - We maintain accurate network documentation and produce internal and external reports. - We take ownership of faults from initial report through to final closure. - We support colleagues, contribute to team objectives, and assist wherever needed. - We communicate with customers during urgent incidents and planned maintenance to support a smooth customer experience.
