### Must have:

### - We need at least 4 years of experience in solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, SaaS implementations, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role. - We need strong hands-on experience designing workflows, automations, system integrations, and data migration processes. - We need experience owning customer implementations end to end. - We need excellent communication skills for working with executives, attorneys, and other business stakeholders. - We need strong problem-solving abilities and a systems-oriented mindset. - Experience in legal tech is preferred. - Familiarity with AI agents, automation platforms, or financial workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- We lead technical discovery and implementation for enterprise customers. - We configure workflows, automations, billing rules, trust accounting, and payment processes. - We manage data migrations and system cutovers while minimizing disruption to the business. - We help customers adopt our platform quickly and achieve measurable return on investment. - We develop reusable implementation playbooks, templates, migration tools, and automation frameworks. - We continuously improve deployment efficiency and scalability. - We identify customer pain points and partner with Product and Engineering to enhance the platform. - We work with Sales on technical discovery and product demonstrations. - We help define implementation scope, technical requirements, and project risks before new deals close.
