SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER/SCIENTIST

Job Description

You will be responsible for hiring, first-line supervision, mentoring, and coordinating tasking and requirements for all direct reports. You will oversee performance of objectives for the Mission Systems team and provide leadership support in managing funding and staffing requirements.

Requirements: The position requires expertise in various engineering and scientific disciplines, including General Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Aerospace Engineering. Candidates should have experience in team management and performance evaluation.
