The incumbent will develop, instruct, and coordinate training improvements for workforce development within the Division of Design. This includes identifying training needs, developing training solutions, and evaluating training program effectiveness.
Requirements: The position requires a Professional Engineering License (Civil) issued by the California Board of Registration for Professional Engineers. Applicants must demonstrate knowledge and experience related to developing and delivering training, as well as experience in Transportation Engineering.
