Client Company is seeking a **Mechanical Engineer** to join its growing engineering team in **Springtown, Texas**. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through production while working closely with manufacturing, suppliers, customers, and company leadership.

### Responsibilities

* Design and develop custom pump packages and fluid handling equipment.
* Create 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and Bills of Material using SolidWorks.
* Support new product development from concept through production.
* Collaborate with manufacturing to improve product quality, manufacturability, and efficiency.
* Participate in prototype development, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous product improvement.
* Work directly with customers and vendors to develop practical engineering solutions.

### Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
* 3 years of mechanical design or product development experience.
* Proficiency with SolidWorks (or similar 3D CAD software).
* Experience with fabricated equipment, rotating equipment, pumps, compressors, hydraulics, or industrial machinery is preferred.
* Knowledge of GD\&T, BOM development, manufacturing processes, and design for manufacturability.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, hands-on environment.
