We're looking for **Senior Technical Support Engineers!**
**Qualifications:**
* Resolve technical issues from support tickets, ensuring minimal downtime.
* Analyze platform gaps and bugs, collaborating with engineering and QA.
* Document technical resolutions and create knowledge base content.
* Manage SLAs while handling multiple priorities and client escalations.
* Timely and effective issue resolution with root cause analysis.
* Technical documentation for repeated issues and resolutions.
* Internal feedback loop to support product and process improvement.
* Enhanced customer satisfaction through technical troubleshooting and education.
**Qualifications \& Skills:**
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments
* Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities
* Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
