**About the role** - We are looking for a**Senior DevOps Engineer with 6-8 years of experience** to support and manage production systems in a banking/fintech environment. The role focuses on application deployment, production support, monitoring, and operational stability.  

**Responsibilities:**

? Support and manage production environments for banking applications

? Handle application deployments, upgrades, and patching activities

? Monitor systems and applications to ensure availability and performance

? Lead, Mentor, \& support junior team members while driving operational excellence across the DevOps lifecycle.

? Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

? Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines  

? Collaborate with development and operations teams

? Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards  

**Mandatory Skills:**  

? AWS ? Linux ? Jenkins ? Docker

? Strong fundamentals in networking \& cloud architecture.

? Experience in designing \& operating highly available, multi-region architectures; inlcuding database replication, disaster recovery \& resiliency patterns.

? Strong understanding of DevSecOps concepts, including code quality analysis, secret management, vulnerability detection.

**Preferred Skills:**  

? Experience in banking or fintech domain

? MongoDB

? Hasicorp Nomad

? Messaging Technologies (NATS, IBM MQ)

? Knowledge of PCI / SOC2 compliance
