Software Engineer Principal

Job Description

Lead the design and implementation of mainframe legacy Cobol application solutions while serving as the technical authority for application architecture. Collaborate with product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.

Requirements: Candidates must have 12+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in mainframe/COBOL environments. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential.
