The Clinical Sales Training Specialist will develop, implement, manage, and monitor training pathways and curricula for internal device teammates. They will collaborate with sales leadership and the marketing team to create engaging learning content and execute training programs for new hires.

Requirements: Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in sales training, clinical training, or medical device education, along with a strong background in clinical workflows and technical competencies. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a Master's degree or training certifications being a plus.
