Job Description

The Staff Software Engineer will deliver platform capabilities and drive the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment. They will also lead infrastructure and tooling initiatives to enhance engineering productivity and support AI/ML integration.

Requirements: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a related field and 4 years of experience in software engineering, or 6 years of experience without a degree. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree and experience in creating inclusive digital experiences.
