**Hiring: IP Engineer III**

**Location:** Dallas, TX or Houston, TX (Hybrid - 2 days onsite: Wednesday \& Thursday)

**Employment Type:** Full-Time

Our client is seeking an experienced **IP Engineer III** to design, implement, support, and optimize carrier-grade IP/MPLS networks in a large-scale service provider environment.

Required Skills:

* Carrier-grade IP/MPLS Networks
* BGP, MPLS, OSPF, IS-IS
* Layer 2 VPN (L2VPN) \& Layer 3 VPN (L3VPN)
* Carrier Ethernet
* Traffic Engineering \& High Availability
* Network Design, Capacity Planning \& Optimization
* Advanced Routing \& Switching Troubleshooting
* Juniper, Cisco, Nokia, and Ciena
* Packet Capture \& Performance Analysis
* Network Documentation \& Implementation Planning

Preferred Skills:

* Python, Ansible, NETCONF, YANG, or gNMI
* DWDM, ROADM, Optical Transport
* EVPN, Segment Routing, Data Center Interconnect (DCI)
* Service Provider Certifications (JNCIP, JNCIE, CCNP, CCIE, Nokia, or Ciena)

Experience:

* 10-15 years of experience in Carrier Networking, Service Provider Networks, or Telecommunications.
