We're hiring a Field Service Engineer I -- Healthcare Technology to support healthcare facilities throughout the Des Moines, IA, Minneapolis, MN, and Madison, WI regions.

What you'll do:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair specialized medical equipment

• Perform field modifications (recalls), upgrades, software updates, and warranty repairs

• Conduct equipment calibration, testing, and performance verification

• Document service activities using ServiceMax

• Provide professional on-site support while traveling throughout the region

What we're looking for:

• 2--4 years of technical, mechanical, or field service experience, or

• An associate degree or technical/trade school certification with 1+ year of technical experience (internships and apprenticeships welcome)

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently

• Willingness to travel regionally with up to 100% travel by air and vehicle
