**Job description:**

The role involves end-to-end management of all quality aspects in multidisciplinary R\&D projects. We are looking for a professional with a broad systemic view and a deep understanding of development processes to lead product quality and excellence throughout the various development stages.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Participate in and oversee quality activities in projects (approving specifications, design reviews, reliability analysis, Gates approval, documentation, etc.).
* Initiate, guide, and monitor failure analysis processes, including drawing lessons and implementing project insights to promote excellence.
* Conduct and manage audits in Hardware, RF, Embedded software (Firmware), and Mechanics.
* Develop tailored quality plans for projects (based on customer requirements and project type) in coordination with R\&D, engineering, and production units.
* Lead and participate in Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA).
* Collaborate with R\&D teams and operational quality personnel during the transition from development to production.
* Monitor structured configuration control and change management processes, and initiate improvement processes in R\&D.
* Handle customer complaints, implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), analyze statistical data, and define project metrics.

· BSc degree -- a must

· Experience and familiarity with multidisciplinary R\&D environments

· Systemic view, process understanding, and process orientation.

· Experience in conducting failure analysis in a multidisciplinary product.

· Previous proven experience in Quality -- a significant advantage.

· Familiarity with PCBA manufacturing processes and software/hardware interfaces.

· Knowledge of Embedded Software -- an advantage.

· Analytical skills, organization, and high attention to detail.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in both Hebrew and English.
