### Must have:

### - We typically look for a bachelors degree in engineering, along with experience in the field or a closely related area. - We require strong hands-on experience with MATLAB, including Simulink, Stateflow, and Autocode. - We need proficiency in C/C and Python. - We expect solid knowledge of GN\&C. - We value experience in flight software areas such as GN\&C software development, software process and procedure development, and software integration and build management. - We look for excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team of NASA civil servants and contractor personnel. - Preferred qualifications include a bachelors degree in engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience. - We prefer significant experience with C, C , and Python. - Experience with TRICK/JEOD simulation architecture is highly desirable. - We favor candidates with experience in safety- and flight-critical embedded software development. - We value object-oriented software development experience. - Knowledge of source code control is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- We develop and evaluate safety-critical flight software. - We use MATLAB, Simulink, and Autocode to update Orion GN\&C flight software. - We use Python and C/C to analyze and test Orion GN\&C flight software. - We further refine flight software processes and procedures. - We perform in-depth analysis of flight and simulation software. - We carry out additional duties as needed.
