### Must have:

### - We are seeking a subject matter expert with a bachelors degree in a computer science-related discipline such as Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering, or with one of these certifications: SecurityX, CCISO, CCSP, CISM, CISSO, CISSP, or GSLC. - We require more than 10 years of relevant technical experience in cybersecurity, control systems, critical infrastructure, aircraft or weapons systems, or IT systems. - You must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance. - We need strong knowledge of DoD acquisition and/or test and evaluation processes and activities. - We are looking for experience in planning and executing tests, along with familiarity with SCADA, critical infrastructure, and control systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential. - You should have excellent organizational skills, sound decision-making, and strong verbal and written communication. - We value self-starters who can work independently with minimal supervision. - You should have a track record of leading diverse teams and collaborating effectively in both small and large team environments. - You must be willing to travel up to 15 to 20 weeks per year, including possible worldwide travel. - Preferred qualifications include knowledge of the DoD Cyber Developmental and Operational Cyber Test and Evaluation Guidebook, mission-based cyber risk assessments, cyber test planning, cybersecurity guidelines at the DoD or Service level, and the A\&A/RMF process. - Active SECRET or Top Secret clearance and familiarity with network and/or systems are also preferred.

Responsibilities:

- We support acquisition programs by developing cyber test strategies and plans for implementing cyber test activities. - We conduct recurring Mission Based Cyber Risk Assessments and help test teams build and document cyber survivability test strategies and methodologies for Cyber DT\&E, CVPA, and AA. - We develop DoD and Air Force guidance related to the acquisition and cyber testing of DoD systems. - We work with programs to align cyber test strategies with broader acquisition, development, deployment, and functional test efforts. - We create and document repeatable processes for performing MBCRAs, Cyber DT\&E, CVPAs, and AAs. - We support the development of cyber test and evaluation procedures for aircraft, munitions, C4ISR, and information technology systems. - We document system information requirements and work products needed by DT\&E and OT\&E teams to plan, execute, and report on cyber test objectives. - We provide language and requirements that programs can use in statements of work, technical requirements documents, Test and Evaluation Master Plans, and DT\&E or OT\&E entrance and exit criteria. - We help develop and update Air Force guidance and contribute to DoD guidance updates. - We document recommendations for integrating cybersecurity deficiency reporting and watch items into standard DT\&E and OT\&E processes. - We facilitate and guide program-level MBCRAs. - We assist with planning, execution, and reporting for Cyber DT\&E, CVPA, and AA activities, sharing expertise, lessons learned, and process knowledge.

We are Astrion and we have an exciting full-time opportunity for a SME-level Cyber Resiliency and Test Engineer at Eglin AFB, Florida, supporting the 48th Cyberspace Test Squadron and the broader DoD cybersecurity community. Our Process and Policy Team works in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment focused on cyber test planning, system security analysis, and identifying vulnerabilities across systems and software. We offer opportunities to learn through on-the-job collaboration and formal training in specialized technology areas. This role includes Top Secret clearance requirements and approximately 30% travel, with additional travel expected as part of the work.
