### Must have:

### - We require a bachelors degree in engineering or a related field, along with at least 5 years of relevant tooling experience in a manufacturing setting. - We prefer candidates with 10+ years of relevant tooling experience and aerostructures experience. - We look for driven, innovative professionals who take initiative. - We value excellent communication skills. - We prefer experience with Catia, SolidWorks, or similar 3D modeling tools. - We need someone who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - We expect strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. - We require the ability to travel internationally. - We require U.S. citizenship, permanent resident status, or protected individual status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).

Responsibilities:

- We contribute to the development of production systems and working methods, helping shape designs that lower production costs without affecting function, safety, or quality. - We create new technical solutions and support efficient production systems and assembly lines based on Lean principles. - We apply advanced tooling solutions where they can deliver the greatest value. - We ensure tooling resources are accurate and available on time, with processes in place for maintenance and calibration. - We drive continuous improvement across tooling resources and related processes. - We consistently demonstrate our core values of trust, drive, expertise, and support. - We collaborate with tooling resources in Sweden to deliver tooling solutions. - We help foster a people-first culture aligned with Saab values. - We may work extended schedules when needed to support the business. - We handle other duties as assigned.
