Principal Software Engineer - Business Rules Engineering (BRE)

Job Description

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade software solutions while managing a team of 5-10 engineers. Drive technical decision-making, establish engineering standards, and oversee the development of high-performance backend services and microservices.

Requirements: Requires over 10 years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend development and 5+ years using Java and Spring Boot. Must have proven experience leading technical teams and expertise in microservices and event-driven architectures using Kafka.
