Lead Software Engineer - Reliability

Job Description

The role focuses on ensuring system reliability and scalability by defining SLOs, building observability layers, and leading incident response. You will also work to reduce operational toil through automation and harden production systems against failures.

Requirements: Candidates must have a proven track record of owning production services and experience managing SLOs/SLIs and incident responses. Deep expertise in distributed system design and proficiency with modern cloud environments and containerized workloads are required.
