Manufacturing Engineer - Deployment Specialist

Job Description

As Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for;

* Train, coach, and mentor Manufacturing Engineers on the deployment and daily use of the MARS application.
* Support the successful adoption of MARS by providing functional guidance and end-user assistance.
* Coach Manufacturing Engineers on SAP Manufacturing Engineering processes, ensuring TICON routings are created correctly in accordance with company standards and tool requirements.
* Validate Manufacturing Engineering data and processes within MARS and SAP from a functional user perspective.
* Identify, document, and report application defects or enhancement opportunities to the development/support team.
* Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
* Monitor training progress and support the continuous development of Manufacturing Engineering competencies.
* Collaborate with Airbus stakeholders to promote best practices and successful deployment of Manufacturing Engineering applications.

**Qualifications;**

* Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
* Strong working knowledge of SAP Manufacturing Engineering, including TICON routing creation and maintenance.
* Experience with the MARS application (or the ability to quickly become a subject matter expert) is strongly preferred.
* Experience training, coaching, or mentoring Manufacturing Engineering teams.
* Ability to identify functional issues, troubleshoot from an end-user perspective, and communicate findings effectively to development or support teams.
* Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
* Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
