**Senior Electrical Engineer**

**Job Description:**
The Senior Electrical Engineer oversees the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems for a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements. This role leads discipline work on medium to large projects and could possibly serve as a project manager on some projects.  

**Required Education \& Experience:**  

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
* 7 years of progressive experience in the AEC industry, with a healthcare facilities or university/higher learning institution focus.
* Expertise with engineering software platforms.
* Advanced knowledge of industry codes, standards, and QA/QC procedures.
* Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, staff development, training, and mentorship.
* Experience with technical writing and proposal contributions.
