Operations Manager

Job Description

Manage all facility operations including receiving, production, shipping, and inventory control to meet company objectives. Oversee plant personnel, manage budgets, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with safety and ISO standards.

Requirements: Requires a high school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred) and over 7 years of experience in operations, warehouse, or distribution. Must have at least 4 years of supervisory experience and proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
