Principal Software Engineer-Agentic AI

Job Description

Lead the design and development of autonomous agentic AI systems, multi-step reasoning agents, and AI copilots to solve complex business problems. Architect scalable LLM-powered solutions, implement production-grade guardrails, and mentor engineering teams while driving technical strategy.

Requirements: Must have extensive experience designing and building agentic AI systems, including tool-augmented agents and orchestration frameworks like LangChain. Requires deep knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and the ability to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise-scale software.
