Job Description

The Vice President defines and executes the global user experience strategy across digital products, vehicle interfaces, and operator environments. This leader oversees a multidisciplinary organization to ensure consistent, human-centered design across hardware, software, and physical machine controls.

Requirements: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a related field and over 15 years of progressive experience in design or human factors. They require at least 10 years of experience leading global multidisciplinary design organizations and must be able to travel up to 35%.
