Software Engineer III

Job Description

Triage and debug production incidents to identify root causes and implement durable fixes for an enterprise insurance platform. Develop backend tools, monitoring frameworks, and dashboards to improve operational health and reduce system recovery times.

Requirements: Requires 3+ years of backend development experience with Node.js and hands-on proficiency with AWS cloud services. Candidates must have experience with on-call rotations, debugging production systems, and working with both relational and NoSQL databases.
