Capture Lead - Federal

Job Description

The Capture Lead will build and own the federal capture engine, partnering with leadership to drive pursuit strategy and deal structuring. They will also establish operational processes for proposal responses, track contract vehicles, and develop GTM performance metrics.

Requirements: Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in federal business operations, capture management, or revenue strategy within defense tech or federal SaaS. Deep fluency in federal procurement, contract vehicles, and FAR/DFARS is required, along with a strong analytical foundation.
