Staff+ Software Engineer, Claude Science

Job Description

You will lead the technical direction and architecture for the Claude Science AI workbench, shaping a new product category from the ground up. You will partner with research teams and scientific domain experts to translate complex scientific workflows into scalable engineering priorities.

Requirements: Candidates should have over 8 years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role. Experience building AI products from 0 to 1 and the ability to work with technical domain experts are essential.
