Cable Plant Technician

Job Description

Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of copper and fiber optic infrastructure in both indoor and outdoor environments. Tasks include cable locating, splicing, testing, and ensuring compliance with safety and construction standards.

Requirements: Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in copper and fiber optic cable systems with expertise in splicing and OTDR testing. Must hold CFOT and Certified Installer certifications and be able to perform heavy physical labor in various weather conditions.
