Staff Software Engineer, Backend - FinHub (Ledger)

Job Description

You will own the architectural direction of core ledgering systems and build foundational backend infrastructure for transaction processing. Additionally, you will drive strategic technical initiatives, establish platform standards, and provide deep technical mentorship to senior engineers.

Requirements: Candidates must have over 8 years of experience building large-scale distributed systems with expertise in Go, Python, or Java. Proven experience in designing high-performance systems like ledgering or trading platforms and proficiency with Kubernetes and Postgres is required.
