Staff Software Engineer, Backend - FinHub (Ledger)

Job Description

You will own the architectural direction of core ledgering systems and drive strategic technical direction for complex, cross-team initiatives. Additionally, you will establish platform best practices and provide deep technical mentorship to senior engineers.

Requirements: Candidates must have over 8 years of experience building large-scale distributed systems with expertise in Go, Python, or Java. Proven experience in designing high-performance systems like ledgering or trading platforms and proficiency with Kubernetes and Postgres is required.
