Senior Civil Engineer

Job Description

The role involves planning and coordinating major engineering sections, developing designs and estimates for municipal projects, and managing project budgets and consultant contracts. The Senior Civil Engineer also supervises subordinate staff and represents the department in meetings with government agencies and citizen groups.

Requirements: Candidates must have three years of professional civil engineering experience and a valid Professional Civil Engineer registration with the State of California. A valid California Class C Driver License may be required at the time of hire.
