Senior Software Engineer, Product

Job Description

Lead projects and build core workflows and features for a real-time compensation intelligence platform. Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to ship end-to-end solutions based on direct customer feedback.

Requirements: Requires 5+ years of full-stack, backend, or frontend experience with modern web technologies like TypeScript and Node.js. Candidates must demonstrate strong technical leadership, product intuition, and the ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems.
