Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

Lead a team in designing and optimizing scalable manufacturing systems and operational processes to improve efficiency and quality. Drive continuous improvement through Lean methodologies, capacity modeling, and the industrialization of new product introductions.

Requirements: Requires at least 7 years of industrial or operations engineering experience and a bachelor's degree in a related engineering field. Candidates should have experience with Cap Ex projects, NPI processes, and mentoring other engineers.
