Staff Software Engineer, GTM Systems

Job Description

Lead the architecture and engineering practices for GTM systems processing lead-to-cash transactions. Establish AI-assisted development standards and build agentic tooling to mature the team's delivery pipeline.

Requirements: Requires strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building delivery pipelines and leading teams through engineering practice shifts. Proficiency with AI coding tools and experience with enterprise platforms like Salesforce is highly preferred.
